Facilitation + Team Development
I create and hold spaces in which the human beings in a team can truly connect and grow together.
“Teams need to believe that their work is important. Teams need to feel their work is personally meaningful. Teams need clear goals and defined roles. Team members need to know they can depend on one another. But, most important, teams need psychological safety.“
Charles Duhigg
I create and maintain spaces in which people in the team can really meet and that are based on your actual needs. I am convinced that we all long for such spaces, away from the daily work routine, in which we can consciously address certain topics and dynamics, truly listen to each other, reflect and develop new ideas.
Especially during change processes in organizations or teams, it can be very helpful to treat yourself to this retreat and an external facilitator or supervisor.

what do teams need for success?
Teams are successful when they develop a basis of trust with each other (psychological safety, error culture), have a supportive culture of conflict and communication, interact with commitment, feel responsible for the shared goals and values of the team, define roles, responsibilities and/or processes and adapt them flexibly if necessary.
In my experience, an investment in the team pays off through deeper self-development, more fruitful co-creation and innovation - and all of this creates especially one thing: joy!
„We are socialized to see what is wrong, missing, off, to tear down the ideas of others and uplift our own. To a certain degree, our entire future may depend on learning to listen, listen without assumptions or defenses.”

I provide support in facilitation and team development, using the following formats:
-
I accompany the development of teams through one-off workshops on burning issues and/or a whole series of events over a longer period - tailored to the needs of your team.
-
Topics of these workshops can be, for example: defining values, creating visions, establishing communication culture, understanding and distribution of roles, decisions & decision-making, defining of processes, evaluation of project phases (retrospectives), strategy development, regenerative work, playfully strengthening cohesion and communication.
-
I also offer supervision - regular (and often open-topic) team reflection on your own work.
Interested in working with your team and with me? Arrange a first meeting now!
By the way: I am also available for moderating (panel) discussions and large group events!
Supporting and protecting teams in NGOs and political activism
I find the following question very exciting: How can NGOs and initiatives of social, ecological and political movements work together effectively and – above all – regeneratively? These teams are often made of highly motivated people and there is an urgency to the issues – factors that cause people to burn out more quickly. Through my work, it is important to me to support teams that are working on and for a transformation of the world towards more sustainability and justice!
Talk to me - I offer price models and formats for NGOs and initiatives!
I am also part of "Coaches for Future"
I also offer development and learning journeys following the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). These define attitudes and skills needed within and between ourselves, in order to achieve sustainability in the world. The IDGs are a non-profit initiative and at the same time a framework for inner development of individuals, teams and organizations. If you want to actively contribute to more sustainability in your organization or company, perhaps even have defined SDGs for your area, working with the IDGs can be very supportive.
Along the five dimensions of BEING - THINKING - RELATIONSHIP - COLLABORATION - ACTION, individuals and teams can check where they are already doing and where internal development would be still needed. Being internally and interpersonally prepared for finding sustainable solutions for the outside world.
Curious how the IDGs could inspire your team? Let's talk about it!
