In my experience, learning occurs when people use their skills together, experiment, try things out and look for solutions. The experiences gained can then be reflected upon, discussed, generalized, and tested for applicability outside of the training. In this process, which is also called experiential learning or action learning, adults in particular, with their experience and expertise, can connect well, shared learning can emerge and, above all, the applicability of the new knowledge and skills can be ensured.
